AMENHOTEP III REWARDING KHAEMHAT

This magnificent picture is a digital full color reconstruction of a carved wall relief scene in the tomb of Khaemhat (TT 57) an important official during the reign of Amenhotep III (1390-1353BC). It depicts Khaemhat, along with other officials being rewarded with gold collars and jewelry for their services to the state on the occasion of the first Sed festival, during the kings 30 year jubilee.
