TUTHMOSIS III IN THE GLORY OF EMPIRE

This picture is a fanciful depiction of Tuthmosis III and his Queen that I painted with acrylics on canvas. It shows the step pyramid behind them on the left and a New Kingdom temple on the right, reflecting the glorious ages of Egyptian civilization from its beginning up until their own time. The gods Anubis and Horus are pouring out a blessed libation around them and the moon god, Khonsu is depicted centered at the bottom of the canvas beneath them.
